Job Title: Sales & Channel Development Executive – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables

Location: Pune & Other Assigned Areas

Travel: Extensive travel required

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Channel Development Executive to establish and expand our Fresh Fruits & Vegetables business across B2B and B2C channels. The role is responsible for acquiring new customers, developing sales channels, managing key accounts, increasing revenue, coordinating with procurement and operations teams, and ensuring exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and expand B2B business with supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains, hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, corporate offices, hospitals, hostels, wholesalers, distributors and retail fruit & vegetable shops.

·        Develop B2C sales through home delivery, subscription models, online channels, residential societies, weekend markets and promotional events.

·        Acquire new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts.

·        Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and annual supply agreements.

·        Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

·        Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.

·        Handle customer complaints and ensure high service levels.

·        Identify new markets, monitor competitors and recommend growth strategies.

·        Promote seasonal products and support marketing campaigns.

·        Follow up on collections, maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.

Essential Requirements

·        2–5 years of relevant sales experience in fresh produce or FMCG.

·        Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

·        Good understanding of fruit & vegetable markets.

·        Ability to generate new business independently.

·        Willingness to travel extensively.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in fresh fruits & vegetables.

·        Knowledge of Pune and Maharashtra markets.

·        Existing network with retailers, institutions and modern trade.
