Role Description The Sales & BD Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day sales and business development activities, including identifying prospects, conducting market and competitor research, and maintaining updated records of leads and opportunities. The coordinator will assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries. They will collaborate with sales and operations teams to track progress against targets, support pipeline management, and help organize meetings, calls, and demos. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service support, coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, and contributing to the overall improvement of sales processes and materials.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, evaluate market trends, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, prepare clear written materials, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Experience or aptitude in Market Research to profile target segments, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Proposal Writing to prepare structured proposals, presentations, and sales collateral aligned with client needs.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and support long-term client relationships in a professional manner.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage pipelines and maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or business development support is an advantage.
