Sales - Ambulance Services, MHB

Key Deliverables:

• Manage ambulance service accounts and act as SPOC for client and stakeholder coordination
• Track and reconcile department revenue using MARS, providing actionable insights
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote ambulance services
• Conduct ambulance audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Generate and share daily and monthly reports on calls and emergency cases
• Collect feedback from all emergency pick-up and drop cases within 4 days of admission
• Attend a minimum of 30 hours of relevant training annually to upskill
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
