Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate, located in Vadodara. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for engaging with potential and current customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the school's services to increase enrollment. The role involves managing relationships, identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving sales growth. Training activities for new customers and collaboration with team members are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and respond to inquiries
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
- Competence in Training and guiding potential clients or team members
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Proactive, goal-driven, and organized, with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
