Role Description
The Sales Advocate is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the firm's legal services. Additionally, they will collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, conduct client needs assessments, and deliver clear and concise information about available legal services to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Experience in providing Training to guide clients or team members as required
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field preferred
