Inside Sales Consultant

With our growing success worldwide, we are expanding our team and seeking a driven Business Development Consultant (Inside Sales) for our New Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Inbound and Outbound Sales: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and website registrations, and manage outbound sales calls to potential clients.
  • Sales Process: Explain service offerings, discuss pricing, and create online purchase orders for clients.
  • Client Engagement: Consistently follow up with clients to ensure successful conversions or to close the loop if they opt not to proceed.
  • Call Volume: Be prepared to make 60+ outbound calls per day to potential clients.
  • Rapport Building: Develop strong connections with diverse clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
  • Performance Driven: Demonstrate a proven track record of success in previous roles with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain meticulous records and manage time effectively to meet targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi is mandatory, as you will be dealing with clients from Western countries including the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and general computer skills is required.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Consultant (Inside Sales) to drive sales and close leads with first-call effectiveness. The role involves managing the entire sales processfrom pitching services to closing deals over the phone. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by engaging clients, building rapport, and securing conversions quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • First-Call Closures: Convert leads into clients through compelling and persuasive sales pitches during the first call.
  • Lead Conversion: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads with a structured and results-focused sales approach.
  • Presentation Skills: Conduct effective virtual presentations via Google Meet for international clients.
  • Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Punjabi and English is essential to communicate with a diverse client base.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Database Building: Build and maintain a strong client database through referrals and ongoing engagement.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in insurance, banking, hospitality, education, or product telesales is highly desirable.
