Role Description

The Sales Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and guide them through the process of selecting suitable matchmaking services. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, nurturing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Additionally, you will support customers in navigating the platform and addressing any challenges they may encounter along the way.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effectively conveying information and engaging with customers.
  • Customer Service expertise to ensure a satisfactory and seamless user experience.
  • Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet targets and close deals.
  • Proficiency in providing Training and guidance to customers as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with the online services industry and matchmaking platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
