Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Admission Executive, based in Gwalior. The role involves working closely with prospective parents to provide information about the preschool and daycare, handling admissions processes, and guiding families through enrollment. The Sales Admission Executive will also engage in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining records of inquiries to ensure a smooth admission process.

Salary Slab

The salary for this position will be determined based on your past experience, skills, and overall knowledge in the relevant field. The offered salary range is 8,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and performance capability.

In addition to the fixed salary, there will be an incentive of 1,000 for each confirmed admission, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your overall earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales and lead generation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to convey key information confidently
  • Organizational abilities for managing inquiries, records, and admissions processes
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills to address parent queries and concerns
  • Proficiency in using office and CRM software for data management and follow-ups
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
