Sarex Overseas is looking for a dynamic Manager – Sales Administration to join our team in Mumbai.

• Lead and manage sales & distribution administration for industrial chemicals, including specialty, personal care, and triazine-based chemicals.
• Coordinate with international distributors – experience in global distributor handling is a must.
• Collaborate with internal teams – logistics, sales, and marketing – for smooth execution of business operations.
• Monitor distributor performance, conduct customer visit follow-ups, and drive sales growth.
• Ensure proper documentation for agreements: NDAs, distributor contracts, supply/exclusivity agreements, etc.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting using SAP and Salesforce (preferred).
• Ensure compliance with distributor and company obligations.
• Regularly track and follow up on sales targets and actual achievements.

• Strong experience in Sales & Distribution Administration for the chemical industry.
• Deep understanding of international business operations and export processes.
• Proficient in documentation, coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Tech-savvy with experience in SAP / Salesforce CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Resides in or near Andheri (Western Mumbai).
