Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and execute pricing activities within the TPM lifecycle with high accuracy
  • Create, review, and maintain promotional contracts as per business requirements
  • Set up and update promotional pricing, trade allowances, and customer-specific deals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Revenue Management, and Category teams for price validations and approvals
  • Maintain pricing trackers, governance documents, templates, and audit-ready data
  • Support promotional inputs, validations, contract pricing, and claim-related checks
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies, identify root causes, and support resolution
  • Prepare pricing & promotion reports, dashboards, and trackers
  • Ensure compliance with PepsiCo pricing policies, trade terms, and TPM standards

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in Pricing, TPM, Sales Ops, Finance Ops, or relevant domains
  • Advanced Excel skills (LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, data validation)
  • Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
  • FMCG industry knowledge (pricing structures, trade terms, promotions)
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with SAP, TPM tools, or CRM/ERP systems is desirable
