Major Responsibilities
- Serve as a partner to the Sales organization by managing all post-sales operational activities - ensuring smooth order processing, billing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for all order-related matters, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure timely fulfillment and seamless customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing trends, identifying process gaps, and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Sales to streamline workflows and support business priorities.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives and customers on tools, processes, and post-sales best practices.
- Continually learn and develop a working knowledge of all company processes and procedures; understand and support the department policies and procedures
Lead or contribute to projects and process optimization initiatives, focusing on automation, accuracy, and scalability.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Sales Administration within a global, fast-paced organization.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement or project ownership.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for operational excellence and customer success.
- Understanding of B2B/EDI order flows is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system or data errors and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
