ClickSoft Solutions LLC is looking for experienced Sales Account Managers – US IT Staffing with strong existing relationships across Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and System Integrators.

We are seeking proven new-business hunters who can acquire new client accounts, generate staffing requirements, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Tier-1 vendor, implementation partner, and system integrator accounts.
• Generate qualified US IT staffing requirements through existing industry connections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers and vendor managers.
• Drive new client acquisition, account activation, placements, and revenue growth.
• Achieve monthly sales, gross margin, and placement targets.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate submissions and placements.
• Independently manage client relationships, business development, and account expansion.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales / Account Management / Business Development.
• Strong existing connections with Tier-1 vendors and system integrators.
• Proven track record of acquiring new client accounts and generating revenue.
• Ability to bring new business opportunities from Day 1.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing and contract hiring models.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: 6–10 LPA, based on experience and performance.

Strong Commission Structure with attractive performance-based incentives for successful business generation and placements.
