Sales Account Manager Vizmo Workplace Division

Role Overview: The Sales Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for owning the full sales lifecycle, building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, driving solution design with technical teams, and closing profitable deals. This role combines consultative selling, solution-selling, project scoping, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target new accounts in corporates, coworking spaces, tech parks, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Work closely with marketing to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into qualified opportunities.
- Attend industry events, facility/CRE meets, and partner programs.
2. Solution Selling & Requirement Gathering
- Understand client requirements across access, security, networking, workplace automation, AV, and software platforms.
- Conduct site visits, audits, and requirement workshops.
- Collaborate with solution architects & project teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and system designs.
3. Sales Conversion & Deal Closing
- Present solutions, conduct demos, and manage client objections.
- Prepare and negotiate commercials, proposals, SLAs, and contracts.
- Achieve quarterly revenue, margin, and collection targets.
4. Account Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with Admin/Facilities Heads, IT Heads, HR, and Procurement.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Vizmo's offerings.
5. Coordination With Internal Teams
- Work closely with project delivery, procurement, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide accurate project handover information to operations.
- Track execution progress; ensure customer satisfaction and timely collections.
6. Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate information in CRM.
- Provide weekly forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
- Track KPIs: Win rate, ASP, sales cycle, account penetration, and gross margin.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- 37 years of B2B sales experience in workplace tech, ELV/security systems, SI/IT/AV solutions, SaaS, or facility technology.
- Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, networking, cloud platforms, or AV systems is a plus.
Skills
- Strong consultative selling capability.
- Ability to scope technical requirements (basic understanding is enough; deep tech team will support).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable meeting CXOs, Admin/Facility Heads, CIO/IT leads.
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-moving SI environment.
