Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Account Manager with experience in managing & selling Microsoft and AI-driven solutions in the US market. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in account management, enterprise sales, cloud technologies, and AI solution selling, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow strategic US accounts focused on AI and Microsoft solution offerings.
• Drive sales for AI-led transformation services, Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, cloud modernization, and digital transformation within client environments.
• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technology leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities through account farming, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
• Work closely with presales, delivery, and technical teams to create winning solutions and proposals.
• Lead client discussions, presentations, negotiations, and commercial closures.
• Maintain strong sales pipeline management and forecasting.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
• Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem, AI trends, and competitor offerings.
