Sales Account Manager - Cybersecurity

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Account Manager with strong experience in enterprise cybersecurity sales and account management. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to selling cybersecurity products, managed security services, and consulting-led engagements to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Enterprise Sales
- Identify, develop, and manage enterprise accounts across various industries.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, client meetings, solution positioning, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Security Teams, and procurement stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity products and managed services.
- Account Management
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through strategic engagement.
- Understand customer business challenges and align cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams for solution design and execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements)
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity sales or account management.
- Prior experience in selling cybersecurity solutions and services to enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of:
- EDR/XDR solutions
- SOC & Managed SOC Services
- NG Firewall solutions
- VAPT services
- GRC and compliance frameworks
- Cyber Consulting engagements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
