Sales -Account Manager-Manufacturing or Industrial sales

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales - Account Manager focused on manufacturing or industrial sales, based in Pune. Key responsibilities include nurturing and managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting lead generation efforts, understanding and addressing customer needs, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve predefined sales targets.

• Proven skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Experience in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Lead Generation expertise to successfully identify and pursue potential clients
• Excellent Communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in industrial or manufacturing sales, business development, and market research
• Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to meeting goals
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is a strong advantage
