P&L owner for the account
Serve as the primary operational interface for the customer, coordinating across delivery, sales support, finance, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and manage expectations.
Manage day‑to‑day customer account operations, ensuring smooth delivery execution, adherence to SLAs, and consistent service quality across all engagements.
Support account revenue and margin objectives, owning forecasts, billing accuracy, change requests, and cost controls in line with the overall account P&L targets.
Identify and execute incremental growth opportunities, including renewals, small upsell/cross‑sell initiatives, and scope expansions in collaboration with the Regional Portfolio Director.
Ensure strong governance and risk management, driving regular account reviews, compliance to contractual terms, operational reporting, and early identification of delivery or commercial risks..
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer expectations and relationship in $1bn – $5bn Mid Market customer segment allocated to the individual
Cross Sell other service lines to increase wallet share of HCLTech services in customers allocated to the individual
Candidate Profile
Enthusiastic Self Starter, energetic, motivated with a positive attitude
A proactive, self-managed, analytical and problem-solving mindset with a Passion for digital techniques and technologies.
8+ years of experience in enterprise services sales, with a focus on digital transformation and/or Infrastructure Services experience-led solutions.
Deep Knowledge of Infrastructure services, Application Services and Engineering services Sales
Proven ability to lead and scale cross-functional sales strategies across large, distributed teams.
