Role Purpose
Drive revenue growth, stakeholder engagement, and innovation-led positioning by owning offshore sales, nurturing relationships, and enabling opportunity conversion
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Sales
- Own end-to-end sales lifecycle: pipeline → solutioning → commercials → closure
- Drive opportunities across Digital, Engineering, Infrastructure & AI
- Support deal structuring, pricing, and internal alignment within HCL
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with GCC Bengaluru leads & decision-makers
- Act as trusted advisor and drive long-term strategic engagement
- Mature engagement and enhance HCLTech visibility & positioning in GCC
- Build trust, relationship with delivery teams for buy-ins on investments and organic growth in account for staff augmentation
Opportunity Incubation
- Identify and incubate opportunities within GCC ecosystem
- Transition qualified deals to Client Partner teams with clear context, mapping & strategy
- Intelligence to identify, forecast opportunities based on discussions with multiple stakeholders and work with internal teams to be execution ready.
Innovation & AI Leadership
- Lead HCLTech–GCC Innovation & AI Council
- Drive AI/GenAI use cases, co-innovation workshops, and innovation events
- Position HCLTech as a strategic innovation partner
Client Engagement & Branding
- Conduct events, leadership connects, and awareness sessions on service offerings
- Host client visits, workshops, and executive engagements in Bengaluru
Domain & Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of:
- Banking & Financial Services domain and GCC landscape
- Digital, Engineering & Infrastructure services business of HCLTech
- Translate business needs into HCLTech value propositions
Work Model & Presence
- Work from GCC (Bengaluru) – minimum 3 days/week
- Represent HCLTech as the on-ground account face
