Job Description

Our client is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced Sales Account Manager in India.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage key customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction and expansion of business
  • Identify and converge new business opportunities
  • Maintain and strengthen IRP brand as a market leader in the European EV industry
  • Master the company's product portfolio, roadmap and technology. Optimize commercialization process and TTM
  • Waterfall market needs to execution teams and ensure competitiveness at all stages.

Requirements:

  • Academic business degree or a related field in Electronics- must have
  • Engineering background- must have
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/account management.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or electrification industry.
  • Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systems
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry.
  • Understanding of 2W, 3W and 4W (e-LCV) markets in India, with a focus on motor controllers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive.
  • Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and local languages as applicable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
