Position Purpose: The Account Manager is responsible for the profitable growth and service of customers in his/her territory. The successful Account Manager develops and implements improvements in customer operations driving retention and enhanced margins for the division and partners with the Corporate Accounts and Senior sales teams to gain new customers.
About the Role: As our Account Manager you will work with Dairy Industries, to enhance operational efficiency, food safety and product quality. You will utilise the vast resources of Ecolab to tailor cleaning and sanitising programs, understand operational efficiency objectives and help reduce the total cost of operations for our customers. Crucially you will identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work proactively to expand business revenue. You will do this by being a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices, product usage, and industry trends.

Critical to the role will be your energy and ability to drive sales and business development opportunities, coupled with a tremendous amount of initiative, excelling at identifying and seizing opportunities for Ecolab's products within the dairy industries.
