Job Description

Location: Faridabad / Mumbai / Chennai / Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 13 years (B2B Sales Field Sales)

Salary Range: 3 LPA

Working Days: 5.5 days working (First 2 Saturdays & all Sundays off)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and manage new B2B leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work efficiently on CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Prior experience in the sales process (B2B preferred)
  • Strong skills in lead generation, communication, and negotiation
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Smart, solution-oriented professional who can overcome challenges to convert leads
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Must have own two-wheeler and personal laptop
