Camtek a global leading Semiconductor Equipment company specialize in Wafer Inspection & Metrology Systems with expansion for our operation in Singapore is seeking for a sales oriented and dynamic individuals to be part of our growth in South East Asia ;
Sales Account Manager
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing the business to achieve the company expansion target.
Responsibilities :
·Manage major semiconductor accounts, ensuring strong relationships across all levels and departments.
·Identify customer requirements and capacity expansion plans, providing tailored solutions to drive new business opportunities.
·Develop and execute account strategies, including sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals.
·Generate accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve revenue targets.
· Conduct regular meeting with customer and ensure timely follow-up on activities, documentation, and delivery commitments.
· Maintain close communication with headquarters, engineering, and customer support teams to resolve customer priorities and ensure high satisfaction
·Monitor competitive landscape and position solutions effectively.
·Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure long-term partnerships.
Your profile:
·Diploma or BS/MS degree in a technical field, business administration, or related discipline
·Several years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing; familiarity with inspection or metrology is an advantage
·Proven track record in sales account management, preferably with capital equipment
·Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
·Flexible to respond during off-hours and thrive in a fast-paced semiconductor environment
·Sales-driven, creative, dynamic, and independent
·Skilled in contract negotiation, CRM tools, and sales forecasting
·Experienced in collaborating with HQ, engineering, and customer support teams
·Knowledgeable about market trends and competitor landscape
