Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Bikaner. The Sales Account Manager will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding clients advertising and branding needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires outstanding communication and networking abilities, along with a strategic approach to growing revenue streams for the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Generation
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Networking Abilities
  • Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven track record in Media Sales, Advertising, or related fields
  • Knowledge of the radio and media industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
