As a Sales Account Executive at Zappyhire, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and managing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with prospective and current clients to understand their hiring needs and demonstrate how Zappyhire's platform can deliver value, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the recruitment and HR tech space
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Understand client recruitment challenges and tailor solutions using Zappyhire's platform features
- Conduct product demos and presentations to key stakeholders and hiring managers
- Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to meet client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide feedback and market insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (or equivalent).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in SaaS sales, preferably in recruitment technology or HR tech sector
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and consultative selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to clearly articulate technical features and benefits to diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
