Job Description

Who Are We:

We are an Autonomous Finance Close Platform powered by Noa, domain-specific AI agents that execute close tasks continuously as data flows in. We serve Controllers and CFOs at enterprises with complex multi-entity structures, replacing the manual, deadline-driven close sprint with autonomous execution. Our customers include WPP, BASF, Komatsu, Yahoo, Verizon, and Skin Laundry.

We are a small, fast-moving team building a new category. This is not a large sales org with established territories and playbooks. This is an early-stage company where the right hire will shape how we sell, who we sell to, and how the commercial team scales.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding sales hire. While we have a small commercial team in place, this role will be instrumental in building and scaling the sales function for the US market. You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, work directly with the founding team to refine go-to-market strategy, and establish the processes, playbooks, and discipline that the team will run on as we grow.

The right person for this role has sold to CFOs and Controllers before. You understand the language of reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and month-end pressure. You know why close week exists and what it costs finance teams. That domain fluency is not optional for this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for US enterprise accounts.

Build and execute outbound pipeline strategies targeting finance leaders at public companies and large private companies with complex close environments.

Run discovery, demos, and negotiations. Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's close process, pain points, and decision-making structure.

Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across Controllers, CFOs/VPs of Finance, and senior accounting staff.

Develop and iterate on the sales process, qualification criteria, deal stages, and competitive positioning. Document what works so it scales.

Partner with Marketing on messaging, account-based campaigns, and event strategy. Provide direct feedback from the field on what resonates with buyers.

Feed prospect objections, competitive intelligence, and feature requests back to the product team to inform the roadmap.

Lay the groundwork for a growing sales organization: hiring frameworks, onboarding processes, CRM hygiene, and forecasting discipline.

WHO YOU ARE

3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Demonstrated experience selling into the Office of the CFO, finance operations, or accounting functions. You understand the financial close process and the tools finance teams use today.

Experience selling to enterprises. Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

Startup orientation. You have worked in early-stage or high-growth environments where you helped build process from scratch. You are energized by ambiguity, not frustrated by it.

Strong discovery and consultative selling skills. You lead with the buyer's problem, not the product feature list.

Familiarity with accounting automation platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build compelling narratives for operational and financial buyers.

Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working across time zones to cover the US market from India.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience selling AI, automation, or platform-level solutions to finance teams.

Existing relationships with Controllers, CFOs, or VPs of Finance at US enterprises.

Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and compliance frameworks (SOX, IFRS).

Prior experience as a founding or early AE at a company that scaled from pre-revenue or early revenue to $5M+ ARR.
