Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves identifying new sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong Account Management skills, with the ability to oversee and maintain client accounts
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building abilities
  • Customer Service expertise to provide seamless and positive client experiences
  • Proven negotiation skills and a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in sales or logistics industry is an advantage
