Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with customers. Additional daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and achieving sales targets by promoting JBC's range of products and services. The role also involves collaboration with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen the store's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills
- Experience in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Proficiency in sales techniques and an understanding of bicycles and related products is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Adept at working in team environments and achieving sales goals
NOTE
- Location: Velachery, Tambaram, Mudichur, Selaiyur
- Office Timing: 10.00 AM - 09.00 PM
- week off: Saturday & Sunday will be a compulsory working day, weekoff can be taken on week days
