You will gain exposure to enterprise SaaS sales, GTM strategy, AI-led hiring transformation, and international market expansion while working directly with experienced founders, operators, and investors.
What We're Looking For✔️ 2–6 years of experience in Account Executive, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or full-cycle closing roles
✔️ Strong experience selling into the UK and/or Indian markets, with a solid understanding of regional business culture, procurement processes, and buyer behavior
✔️ Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and quota targets
✔️ Experience managing complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing
✔️ Strong consultative selling, solution-selling, and commercial negotiation skills
✔️ Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
✔️ Familiarity with outbound sales, lead generation, account-based selling, GTM strategies, and revenue growth initiatives
✔️ Experience engaging with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, CHROs, founders, and enterprise decision-makers across the UK and/or India
✔️ Previous experience selling AI, SaaS, HRTech, Recruitment Technology, or B2B software solutions is highly preferred
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
✔️ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
What You'll Do✔️ Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach through negotiation and contract closure
✔️ Drive new business growth across mid-market and enterprise customers in the UK and Indian markets
✔️ Build and expand Qureos presence by identifying new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and partnerships
✔️ Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders
✔️ Execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth
✔️ Develop trusted relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, founders, and C-level executives
✔️ Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to maximize pipeline conversion and customer success
✔️ Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting
✔️ Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to strengthen product positioning and sales strategies
✔️ Navigate regional procurement processes, buying committees, and stakeholder management across both UK and Indian organizations
