Location: Chennai (Hybrid – Minimum 1 week onsite/month)
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Release Manager / DevOps Engineer to manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive release planning, manage sandbox strategies, and automate CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce release lifecycle across multiple workstreams
- Orchestrate complex deployments across environments
- Maintain sandbox strategy and release governance
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Manage version control using GitHub
- Automate deployments using Jenkins
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce metadata & deployment processes
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub
- Experience with CI/CD automation
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins
- Understanding of Salesforce DevOps best practices
