Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Industry Trend Analysis
  • Ability to manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in the real estate or office space leasing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
