Job Description

Hi We have opening for #Sale#Manager ( IT #Hardware & Location:-

#Mumbai/ #Pune Onsite Only

Job Type:- Field ( as #Sales Profile &#Target based only).

Experience Mandatory in #System#Integration Sales only.

Key Responsibilities/Jd Description

Sales Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities (new customer acquisition) while nurturing existing enterprise accounts.

Solution Selling: Consultatively sell complex hardware, software, cybersecurity, or industrial automation platforms by clearly articulating ROI and technical value.

Proposal & Bid Management: Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare precise techno-commercial proposals, RFP responses, and compliance documents.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, CIOs, CISOs) and technology OEM vendors.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual regional revenue and profitability targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Telecommunications) or a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience within an IT, automation, or systems integration domain.

Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, IoT, or industrial automation solutions.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong hunting mentality.
