Role Overview
The
Head of Finance role at SalarySe is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance. This role involves working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies, manage financial reporting, and provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. The Head of Finance directly impacts the company's ability to achieve its strategic goals and maintain sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to provide accurate projections of future financial performance, enabling proactive decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Manage the budgeting process, working with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements, mitigating financial risks and maintaining the company's reputation.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Looking for CA; MBA/PGDM in Finance or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 5 - 12 years
- Adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
