About the Role
Frutera Life is looking for experienced Salad Bar & Beverage Makers to join our outlet in Greater Noida West.The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in preparing salads, fresh juices, smoothies, shakes and other beverages while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh salads according to recipes and portion standards
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, mojitos and other beverages
- Handle fruits, vegetables and other ingredients properly
- Ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salad and beverage station
- Properly use and clean juicers, blenders and other kitchen equipment
- Check ingredient freshness and report low stock
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Minimize food wastage
- Assist the team during busy service hours
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a salad bar, juice bar, café, QSR or similar food & beverage outlet is required
- Knowledge of fresh juice, smoothie and salad preparation
- Good understanding of hygiene and food handling
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow standard recipes and portion sizes
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
