Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analysis by engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs related to Identity and Access Management
• Gather, refine, and validate requirements through discussions, workshops, and interviews with clients and internal teams
• Document Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with IAM solution capabilities
• Prepare and document IAM business processes, workflows, and use cases such as provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, authentication flows, and role management
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and accurately translated into system configurations or solution design
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as RBAC, SSO, MFA, access governance, identity lifecycle management, and directory services
• Maintain effective and professional client communication, ensuring regular updates, requirement clarifications, and expectation management
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
