Requirements

48 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including advanced customization and integration.
Lead the full automation of 32 ServiceNow access request catalog items for user provisioning and de-provisioning via SailPoint IIQ.
Analyze and assess existing ServiceNow catalog items to determine optimal automation strategies.
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and SailPoint IIQ based on defined requirements.
Collaborate with SailPoint engineers and ServiceNow teams to deploy and validate automation across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
Conduct end-to-end testing for each catalog automation.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
Serve as the liaison between catalog owners, the ServiceNow team, the SailPoint team, and leadership.
Review and analyze currently onboarded applications in IIQ that lack JIT configuration.
Configure and enable JIT certification and automated termination processing for applicable applications.
Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations and changes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes.
Strong Java programming skills for rule and connector development within SailPoint.
Proven experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, particularly for catalog automation and workflow enhancements.
Experience with IAM operations, user lifecycle management, and JIT provisioning.
Strong documentation and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, DevOps pipelines, and testing environments.
