Job Description

Title: Sailpoint Identity (IIQ) Developer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 9+ years

Must Have Technical Skills:

  • Total 8 10 years of experience in support of SailPoint IIQ tool (v8.0, v8.1),
  • Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.
  • Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other SailPoint IDM Component
  • Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere).
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts
  • Customer Facing Exposure is must

SailPoint experience includes design and development of solutions on the Identity and Access Management using SailPoint IIQ. Minimum 5 years of experience developing SailPoint IIQ Solution models across business, process and technical viewpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical solution to enhance existing systems by analyzing project objectives, preparing a technical plan to design and develop the solution.
  2. He/she will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating business requirements to technical functionality within the SailPoint, design, remediation, and mitigation of any issues related to SailPoint.
  3. He/she needs do code review, solution review to adopt best practices and coach the team to deliver quality outcome as per Industry standard. Collaborates with client on root cause and helps drive mitigation or elimination actions for future incidents
  4. Provide Technical guidance to project team
  5. Communicating to client's aspects of SailPoint IIQ at appropriate functional and technical level for the client audience.
  6. Collaborates with client on root cause and helps drive mitigation or elimination actions for future incidents
  7. Use cases documentation, follow out of the box configuration vs customization as much as possible & optimization of the solution.

Technical Experience:

  1. Strong technical background knowledge in SailPoint Implementation, with good Identity and access management Experience.
  2. Experience in Installation configuration of various Standard system using Standard connectors using SailPoint
  3. Good process knowledge on Change management, Delivery Methodology, Reporting experience.
  4. Ability to develop and direct a short- and long-term technology roadmap
  5. Experience in administering, operating and maintaining SailPoint IIQ product
