Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Gather and review application onboarding requirements in ACOP and coordinate with application teams for completeness.
Submit access and connectivity requests through ServiceNow, IDM, and systems such as DXC.
Work with out-of-the-box (OOB) connectors including AD, Web Services, JDBC, etc.
Develop custom connectors for Web Services-based integrations.
Analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot existing onboarded applications.
Design and implement JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes and related business workflows.
Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and enforce SOD (Segregation of Duties) policies.
Utilize Workflows, Quicklinks, and other features to implement custom IAM requirements.
Identify and resolve bugs in workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations.
Perform post-production validation and coordinate sign-off from application teams.
Champion problem management best practices and drive resolution of root causes.
Provide customer support, knowledge transfer, and participate in use case reviews.
