Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer who has 5+ year of experience in design, develop, and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ development, application onboarding, workflow customization, and troubleshooting enterprise-level IAM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end application onboarding in SailPoint IIQ.
- Design, develop, and configure integrations using connectors such as:
- Active Directory (AD)
- Azure AD
- JDBC
- Web Services
- Coupa
- Salesforce
- RACF and other enterprise systems
- Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, QuickLinks, and Forms.
- Implement and enhance LCM (Lifecycle Management) Provisioning workflows including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
- Design and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and governance controls.
- Utilize and manage workgroups for approval workflows and access control.
- Develop and maintain BeanShell scripts, leveraging strong Core Java concepts.
- Write and optimize SQL/database queries to support identity and access governance processes.
- Analyze logs, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for operational incidents.
- Work extensively with SailPoint IIQ APIs and object models (Identity, Application, Link, Task, Certification, etc.).
- Translate business requirements into technical design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to drive IAM initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development.
- Proven experience in application onboarding and connector configurations.
- Expertise in:
- Workflows, QuickLinks, Forms
- LCM Provisioning & JML workflows
- SoD policy design and governance frameworks
- Access Certification and customization
- Strong programming expertise in:
- BeanShell scripting
- Core Java
- Good knowledge of:
- Database concepts and SQL queries
- Strong understanding of IIQ architecture, APIs, and core objects.
- Excellent debugging and log analysis skills for troubleshooting production issues.
Functional Skills
- Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Understanding of IAM/IGA concepts such as provisioning, certifications, RBAC, and compliance.
- Experience working in enterprise security environments.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience in custom report and custom connectors development in SailPoint IIQ.
- SailPoint Certified candidates are preferred.
Exposure to enterprise IAM programs or largescale implementation projects.
