Responsibilities:

As a Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer, the candidate will be an essential part of the Information Security team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimising IdentityIQ solutions to meet business objectives while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Candidate will be an integral part of the Information Security team, taking charge of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, which are central to our business objectives and compliance activities.

SailPoint Implementation:

- Architect and lead SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, covering identity and access management across a variety of enterprise systems.

LCM Events & Certifications:

- Strategize and implement Lifecycle Management (LCM) including account provisioning/de-provisioning, entitlement grants, and role-based access control.

- Partner with compliance teams to construct and execute certifications for access reviews, entitlements, and role-based access.

Rule & Workflow Development:

- Engineer complex rules and workflows in SailPoint IdentityIQ to automate processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customization according to needs.

Custom Reports & Tasks:

- Create insightful custom reports and tasks to automate routine activities, thereby enhancing system efficiency.

Troubleshooting:

- Lead and resolve system issues and operational challenges, liaising with both SailPoint support and our internal IT team for swift resolutions.

Customer & L3 Support:

- Engage directly with clients for requirements gathering, best practice advisory, and handle Level 3 support activities including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analyses

Java Development:

- Extend SailPoint IdentityIQ functionalities through custom Java code focusing on Java Collections, Streams, and functional programming.

Beanshell Scripting:

- Write Beanshell scripts for custom functionalities, task automation, and application integrations.

Third-party Integration:

- Integrate with external systems like Databases, LDAP, Active Directory, and other third-party solutions through SOAP, RESTful APIs, and OAuth2 protocols.

XML Experience:

- Strong XML handling skills, particularly in parsing, manipulating, creating, and transforming XML data.

Role Mining:

- Perform role mining to identify, define, and maintain roles across various applications and collaborate with business stakeholders for role definitions and entitlements.

Certification Campaign Design and Development:

- Design and manage certification campaigns for periodic access reviews, ensuring all campaigns meet regulatory and organisational guidelines.
