Job Description
We are looking for a webMethods Lead to provide deep source-platform expertise for the webMethods-to-AWS migration. The SME will be the authoritative source-side technical resource — analyzing IS Flow Services, ActiveTransfer configurations, Universal Messaging pub-sub setups, Trading Networks, SAP Adapter, and MSR container deployments. The role is critical to validate catalog enrichment, assess business logic complexity, and support accurate pattern classification. During build phases, the SME will validate Camel routes and AWS target implementations preserve the intent and behavior of legacy webMethods flows. This role requires hands-on, deep expertise in the webMethods platform.

- Validate active integrations by reviewing ActiveTransfer execution logs and UM broker counts.

Pattern Classification & Mapping
- Validate AI-generated pattern classifications against actual webMethods implementation.
- Support source-to-target mapping for all patterns - confirming that legacy behavior maps correctly to AWS targets
Business Logic & Migration Validation
- Validate that AI-translated code preserves business logic and intent.
- Confirm functional parity during parallel-run testing
B2B & SAP Expertise
- Provide expertise on Trading Networks (B2B/EDI) configurations, partner profiles, and EDIINT module setups.
- Support SAP IDOC connector strategy decisions (SAP BTP vs Camel-IDoc with Smooks parser).
