Safety Trainer

Preferred Candidates :

·        Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in safety

·          At least 1 Years experience in Iron & Steel Industry

·        Must have Knowledge in BBS/ Safety Training.

·        Passion towards training topics

Roles and Responsibilities :

·           Safety Trainer is responsible for providing safety training for employees, contractors, and others who are visiting the Iron & Steel plant .

·          Prepare and deliver training modules based on job-specific hazards and operational requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings at the worksite.

·          Maintain training records, attendance sheets, competency assessments, and certification records.

·         Monitor worker compliance with safe work procedures and provide on-the-job coaching.

·        Coordinate with site supervisors and HSE teams to identify recurring unsafe practices and provide corrective training.

·          Prepare weekly/monthly training reports and analyse training effectiveness.
