POSITION – Safety Trainer
QUALIFICATION – BE / BTech
LOCATION – Gujarat
PREFERRED CANDIDATES:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in safety
- At least 1 Years experience in Iron & Steel Industry
- Must have Knowledge in BBS/ Safety Training.
- Passion towards training topics
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safety Trainer is responsible for providing safety training for employees, contractors, and others who are visiting the Iron & Steel plant.
- Prepare and deliver training modules based on job-specific hazards and operational requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings at the worksite.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, competency assessments, and certification records.
- Monitor worker compliance with safe work procedures and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and HSE teams to identify recurring unsafe practices and provide corrective training.
- Prepare weekly/monthly training reports and analyse training effectiveness.
