Safety Supervisor - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and central safety regulations including OSHA standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard identification assessments at project sites.
• Monitor high-rise building and residential construction activities to ensure adherence to safety norms.
• Provide safety induction and training programs for employees, workers, and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of safety audits, inspection reports, training records, and compliance registers.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify unsafe practices and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement emergency preparedness and response plans; conduct mock drills.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and supervisors to enforce safety measures.
• Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE and other safety equipment at site.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety performance and awareness.
