We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Supervisor to oversee workplace health and safety compliance. This entry-level to early-career position is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in occupational safety and environmental health, particularly in industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or oil & gas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
- Assist in implementing workplace safety programs and risk control strategies.
- Educate employees on safe work practices and conduct toolbox talks or safety briefings.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation as per company and regulatory standards.
- Support emergency response planning and drills.
- Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 03 years of experience in an occupational safety or HSE-related role.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001, local labor codes, etc.).
- Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic report writing.
- Willingness to work in field/site environments.
