Safety Officer

To ensure a safe, compliant, and risk-controlled working environment in chemical manufacturing and R&D operations by implementing robust Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems. The role emphasizes reactive and hazardous chemical processes (including Grignard reactions), proactive Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), HAZOP studies, and statutory compliance to prevent incidents and promote a strong process safety culture. Fire fighting preparedness, electrical safety, static charge discharge, moving parts, high temperatures, High pressure equipment safe handling, Lightening Arrestor, prevent water flooding, safety PP Equipment to all, strict discipline for safety of all, scrap segregation & safe disposal, Ensure Safety in all shifts & on all 365 days ( 24x7 )
