Key Responsibilities
Safety Officer
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Implement and support employee safety training programs.
- Maintain proper safety records, permits, and documentation.
Safety Supervisor
- Monitor and report unsafe work practices and WSH non-compliance.
- Collaborate with Safety Officers to maintain safety documentation and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections as per OSHA, ISO, and WSH Act guidelines.
- Implement and oversee Risk Assessment (RA) and Method of Statement (MOM) procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in workplace safety.
- Strong understanding of health and safety laws and standards.
- Proactive, disciplined, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
