Job Summary

NeetDeep Group, an ELV and Smart Building Solutions provider, is looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Safety Officer to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety standards across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor safety during CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling installations.
• Ensure safe working practices for electrical work, drilling, ladder usage, and work-at-height activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for technicians, helpers, and contractors.
• Maintain safety inspection reports, incident records, and other required documentation.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe handling of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and client safety teams.
• Monitor compliance with client-specific safety requirements and applicable regulations.
  
  

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Relevant safety certification or qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in site safety, preferably in ELV, electrical, MEP, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of PPE, risk assessment, electrical safety, and work-at-height precautions.
• Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
