Key Responsibilities
Site Safety Management
- Implement and monitor safety practices at civil construction sites, particularly for high-rise building projects.
Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and prepare for internal and external safety audits.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize site hazards.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
Incident Reporting
- Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses, and maintain detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Safety Documentation
- Maintain all necessary safety documentation such as checklists, inspection reports, permits, and registers.
PPE Monitoring
- Ensure availability and proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) across the site.
Coordination with Project Teams
- Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure safe execution of work activities.
