Safety Officer - Mumbai Central

Job Responsibilities:

 Implementation & documentation of all statutory rules & regulations of Govt.& Client

according to their guidelines.

 Preparation/ review of site specific HSE Plan, Emergency plan, Traffic Plan, Fire plan etc.

 Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment.

 Site inspection & observations, Safety Audit & Reporting.

 Implement Permit System for Hazardous Jobs.

 Organize internal Safety committee meeting and review site safety status.

 Ensure availability of quality PPEs & Safety Equipment's in store.

 Organize job safety training programs to all line Supervisors and workers.

 Investigation of all incidents, accidents and near miss occurred at site and recommends

necessary corrective measures.

 Safety Induction training for new staff and worker at site.

 Maintenance and training of Firefighting Equipment's.

 Conduct safety competition and other knowledge enhance programs, Appreciation awards

for best safe worker.

 Implementation of MIS (ISO: 9001: 14001 and OHSAS 45001)

 Advice and suggest to site management for accident/incident free site.

 Monitoring the safety team.

 Collecting various statutory documents from contractor and own organization in regular

intervals or as required.

 Coordinating with client, vendors on various safety issues.
