Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Mumbai. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, implementing occupational health standards, conducting safety training programs, investigating incidents and accidents, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to promote a safety-first culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
- Skills in Accident Investigation and incident reporting
- Experience in delivering effective Safety Training programs
- Understanding of workplace Security practices and measures
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are an advantage
